Belews Landing is a residential subdivision on the shores of Belews Lake in the southwest corner of Rockingham County
in the piedmont area of North Carolina. Located approximately 24 miles from Greensboro and 25 miles from Winston-Salem,
it is one of very few developments on the shores of Belews Lake. In 2000, it was discovered that,
unlike most of the lakeshore which is owned by Duke Energy, there was a 198-acre farm that was privately owned.
After several years of negotiations, the owners agreed to sell the property and in 2004-2005 the land was purchased
by Belews Landing Development Company. Today, Belews Landing comprises four parts: Crows Nest (a gated area),
Sailing Point, The Estates, and Windward. Amenities include walking trails/golf cart paths through mature hardwood trees,
a lakeside cabana and a lakeside gazebo, clubhouse, and outdoor swimming pool. Explore our website to learn more about our community.
